Processing
The highest degree of quality can be achieved after harvesting the oregano plant and Herbs Hellas is an expert in this.
Processing the herbs means separating the good leaves from the unwanted material. Then, we clean, we sort and store the herbs in a dark, dry location to preserve the most flavor.
